Leigh Nash- Need to be next to you
Leigh Nash: Need To Be Next To You
I've run from these feelings for so long
telling my heart I didn't need you
pretending I was better off alone
but I know that it's just a lie
so afraid to take a chance again
so afraid of what I'd feel inside
but I need to be next to you (need to be next to you)
oh I, oh I
I need to share every breath with you (share every breath with you)
oh I, oh I
I need to know I can see you smiling each morning
look into your eyes each night
for the rest of my life
here with you, near with you
oh I
I need to be next to you
need to be -- next to you
right here with you is right where I belong
I'll lose my mind if I can't see you
without you there is nothing in this life
that would make life worth living for
I can't bear the thought of you not here
I can't fight what I feel anymore
'cause I need to be next to you (need to be next to you)
oh I, oh I
I need to share every breath with you (share every breath with you)
oh I, oh I
I need to know I can see you smiling each morning
look into your eyes each night
for the rest of my life
here with you, near with you
oh I
I need to be next to you
I need to have your heart next to mine
for all the time
hold you for all my life
I need to be next to you
I need to be next to you (to be next to you)
oh I, oh I
need to be, need to be next to you
share every breath with you
oh, oh I
I need to feel you in my arms, babe (oh...)
in my arms, babe (oh I...)
I need to be next to you
oh I, oh I
(oh I...)

Leigh Nash- My Idea of Heaven
I just stumbled this song on a classmate's fs blog and I loved it!
Leigh Nash rocks! ^^
Leigh Nash---My Idea Of Heaven Lyrics
I never thought I'd get here; I was so far away
I didn't believe in love, thought it was just a game
People played
Everything changed when I met you
I touched your hand, you took my heart
And you led me to a better place, just the two of us
In the dark...
This is my idea of heaven, lying here with you
This is my idea of heaven, nothing else, I'd rather do
I never thought you'd get here, why'd you make me wait?
And when I looked into your eyes, I recognised your words
My faith
I've been living in a lonely shell, with no windows, to the world
How in God's name did you find, a lonestar
Loneliest girl...
This is my idea of heaven, lying here with you
This is my idea of heaven, nothing else, I'd rather do
To feel your heart, beating
To feel our limits, meeting
This is my idea of heaven, ooh
In heaven, love is everywhere
There is no pain, there are no tears
In heaven, love lasts forever, it doesn't, disappear...
This is my idea of heaven, lying here with you
This is my idea of heaven, nothing else, I'd rather do
To feel your heart, beating
To feel our limits, meeting
This is my idea of heaven, ooh
This is my idea of heaven, lying here with you
*** A song for those who are in love and in a relationship... which apparently doesn't apply to me yet but still it's a lovely song! XD

David Cook- Always Be My Baby
We were as one babe
For a moment in time
And it seemed everlasting
That you would always be mine
Now you want to be free
So I'm letting you fly
Cause I know in my heart babe
Our love will never die, no
You'll always be a part of me
I'm a part of you indefinitely
Girl don't you know you can't escape me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my baby
And we'll linger on
Time can't erase a feeling this strong
No way you're never gonna shake me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my baby
I ain't gonna cry no
And I won't beg you to stay
If you're determined to leave girl
I will not stand in your way
But inevitably you'll be back again
Cause ya know in your heart babe
Our love will never end no
You'll always be a part of me
I'm part of you indefinitely
Girl don't you know you can't escape me
Ooh darlin cause you'll always be my baby
And we'll linger on
Time cant erase a feeling this strong
No way you're never gonna shake me
Ooh darlin cause you'll always be my baby
I know that you'll be back girl
When your days and your nights get a little bit colder oooohhh
I know that, you'll be right back
Ooooh! baby believe me it's only a matter of time
You'll always be a part of me
I'm part of you indefinitely
Girl don't you know you can't escape me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my baby
And we'll linger on
Time can't erase a feeling this strong
No way you're never gonna shake me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my,....my baby....
You'll always be apart of me (you will always be)
I'm part of you indefinitely
Girl don't you know you can't escape me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my baby
And we'll linger on (we will linger on)
Time can't erase a feeling this strong
No way you're never gonna shake me
Ooh darling cause you'll always be my baby
You will always be my baby

Refresher
I need to refresh myself... I think I've been digging Japanese entertainment so much that I don't even know what western songs are popular now. I decided to check today's latest music (non-jp) XD and found a couple of new songs:
1. I kissed a girl- by Katy Perry
-The title itself caught my attention! then I looked at the artist's name... she's a girl right, there's no way katy can be a guy! so I watched her music video and she doesn't strike as a lesbian to me, oh well she probably isn't. But I love her voice. Though I can't relate to the song... LOL
2. Superwoman- by Alicia Keys
- No, this is not the oldie song "I'm not your superwoman, I'm not the kind of girl..." it's a new Alicia Key-ish type of song XD it's really nice! I've never been disappointed with an Alicia Keys song. Very inspiring song for women!
3. 7 things- by Miley Cyrus
-this song is full of hate for an ex bf. perfect for those who just broke up... too much angst for a pop song.
4. Sneakernight- by Vanessa Hudgens
-it's ok but not that great. Vanessa is pretty though and I love her sneakers in the video...where can i buy that?!
5. Like Whoa- by Aly and Aj
- I love these sister duo.. and they're really nice in real life! not that i know them, but I saw them guest in Cartoon Kat-Tun when they were promoting in Japan and they seem really nice! I love their songs too. cool!
6. Say it Again- by Marie Digby
- She's really preety and talented! Love her songs too! it's really cool!
7. Leavin- by Jesse Mc Cartney
- Jesse looks grown up and mature in this video.. HOTT!
